option that is almost too tasty and too easy to believe. Our low-carb protein pancakes include just 3
ingredients, all of which you probably already have in your kitchen.
2 Tbsp whey protein powder
-Add eggs, banana, and whey protein to food processor or blender, mix until smooth like regular pancake batter.
-Spoon 1/8 cup of pancake mix onto hot griddle (or non-stick pan). One serving will make nine 3-inch
diameter pancakes. Allow to cook a few minutes on the first side, once bubbles appear to be breaking
through the surface, gently flip with spatula and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes.
