Transformation Tuesday: Congrats to this weeks transformation Tuesday Adrienne Stratman! Over the past 2 Boot Camps she has lost over 8% Body Fat. Headed into the summer looking fantastic! "After my third baby I found it hard to tone up and lose some of my baby weight. I was working out 4-5 days a week but my muscles and weight didn't seem to change. After seeing how great my friend, Jen Heath looked and asking her what her secrets were she said I should try a class at T and J Fitness. I tried a class in January of 2017 and was hooked! I did my first boot camp in February and after talking to Theo I didn't realize how important diet was along with my workouts. By following the diet and doing the group fitness classes my body has changed. After two boot camps my clothes fit better, I have more energy and I have muscles!
