"TJ No Limit Fitness came into my life at a time when I was really looking for a new challenge. I certainly found it. Theo and Jerry are the real deal! They push me to do things I didn’t know I could do, and they never let me give anything less than my best. And, as crazy as it sounds, it’s just plain FUN!
And, it’s not just Theo and Jerry who make TJ No Limit Fitness such an amazing place; it’s every single person who walks through the door ready to share in the journey toward better health. The women I have met through the 5 a.m. boot camps are, in a word, incredible. They are also funny, feisty, supportive and competitive in the very best sense of the word. It is an honor and privilege to sweat alongside them. The simple truth is that ANYONE can do this.
All you need is: (1) a commitment to yourself to show up and give your very best effort, (2) a willingness to try new things (including eating chicken and fish at odd hours of the day), and (3) knowledgeable and motivational trainers like Theo and Jerry who will push you to be your very best self.
