After Jeremy came to us with a simple goal-- to learn healthier eating habits and to get fit through exercise, we checked in with him once a week to follow his transformation. Jeremy worked out at T&J 6 days a week with one rest day and followed a recommended healthy eating plan and his results speak for themselves!
Week 1: Down 10 lbs.
Week 2: Down 5 more lbs. for a total of 15 lbs lost.
Week 3: Down 2 more lbs. for a total of 17 lbs. lost.
Week 4: Down 1 more lbs. for a total of 18 lbs. lost and gaining some serious muscle!
Week 5: Down 2 more lbs. for a total of 20 lbs. lost in just five weeks!
We are so proud of Jeremy and his dedication to a healthier lifestyle. Jeremy has continued to stick to his healthier eating choices and has begun working out with the men's lifting group in the morning to gain even more muscle!
