Two Saturdays in January we are offering a Combo Class for those who want to get a better feel of the NL Fitness Series. These classes are also open to current members, of course, who want to mix up their workout!
Saturday, Jan. 9 at 8 a.m. and Saturday Jan. 23 at 8 a.m. come try a Combo Class and try four classes in one!
Yoga followed by
Burn followed by
Shred followed by
Blast followed by
Yoga to finish!
