The No Limit Group Fitness Series
After spending years in the fitness industry we saw a major gap inside many of the cooperate fitness clubs; they only provided one workout! This lack of variety was causing clients to plateau and lose interest. This is where we put our experience and exercise science degrees to work and created a full proprietary workout system that would maximize definition and melt body fat - The NL Group Fitness Series was born!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • NL SHRED: Exercise Ratio - 2 Strength to 1 Cardio. Shred is known to be T&J's signature class combining a high calorie burn with strength training. If you are looking to trim down and gain definition THIS is the class for you! 
  • NL BLAST: Exercise Ratio - 1 Strength to 2 Cardio.  This pulse pumping tabata inspired class is known to the High Intensity class at T&J. In true tabata fashion each exercise is hit full out for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest. This class will leave you drenched in sweat and begging for more! 
  • NL PUMP: High Repetition Strength. Are you ready to get pumped up!? This body pump inspried class takes high repetition intervals to a whole new level! Don't expect any cardio from this class, we are here to test you muscular endurance pushing your body to the max!
  •  NL BURN: Exercise Ratio - 4 Strength Circuits. Burn baby burn! This total body strength course incorporate full body movement combined with isolated exercises the push muscual definition to the max. Get ready to feel the burn. 
  •  NL BOXING: NL Boxing is a crowd favorite at T&J . Our trainers will instruct you through a high paced calorie crushing workout with you against your bag. Our boxing class provide a seamless blend of technique and cardio vascular challenge. 
  •  NL TRIPLE THREAT: Once you have taken triple threat you will understand where it get its name. This challenging class will take you through 3 completely different circuits; cardio, strenght and core. If you need to makeup for a missed day - this class has it ALL. 
  •  NL AB-X: Exercise Ratio - 2 Core to 2 Cardio. This class is all about the mid section. Through this fast paced workout we attack the fat with high intensity intervals and shred the core with with continuos AB exercises. Want the fast track to you bikini body - you got it.

  •  NL AB-X: Exercise Ratio - 2 Core to 2 Cardio. This class is all about the mid section. Through this fast paced workout we attack the fat with high intensity intervals and shred the core with continuous AB exercises. Want the fast track to your bikini body - you got it. 
  • NL RIPT: Looking for the perfect balance of strength and cardio? Ript is sure to give it to you! 2 strength to 2 cardio ratio in 30 second intervals. T&J's newest class will improve your strength, while keeping that heart rate up for an awesome calorie burn!
