TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: With hard work and dedication Linda has lost over 40 pounds in 5 months. She has been working with Kyle to help guide her along the way to her great success! Here is Linda on her fantastic progress.
"I began my training at T&J on December 1, 2015 and so as I enter my 5th month as a member, let’s just say my entire life has been impacted by walking through T&J’s door. I cannot express how much I love this gym. The owners, Theo and Jerry, are always very hands-on and their commitment to their members is unparalleled. They talk to every new face that comes in the door.
Now let me extol the virtues of my personal trainer, Kyle Moats. When I started with Kyle, I was overweight and had high blood pressure; after 5 months of training with him, I have lost 40 lbs and my blood pressure is perfect (120/60). In addition, I have gained strength, balance and endurance. He is super knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology which is apparent in the exercise combinations he plans for me. Our training sessions are never routine and are very challenging! He really pushes me when I need pushed.
On the days I am not training with Kyle, you can find me taking one of T&J’s classes. These classes are an amazing, intensive workout. All the trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable. They keep the classes interesting and they are different each time. The people in my classes are supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere is motivating and fun. There is a real sense of community.
