"One year ago, a friend suggested I try out an MMA boot camp at T&J. At the time, I was struggling to find and adhere to a fitness and nutrition plan. I went through P90x, T25 and other systems with little results and found that my focus was on completing the programs as opposed to sustained change to my fitness, diet and overall health. Additionally, having sustained several injuries and surgeries throughout college sports, it was difficult to find a fitness plan that allowed me to progress while also addressing and managing pain.
To say that the change I have seen in my overall health and fitness is significant is an understatement. Thanks to Jerry, Theo, Carl, Russ, Teneil and the rest of the T&J team I have seen significant change in my health, cholesterol levels, overall fitness, weight management, diet and stress.
Although I cannot say I leave any class pain free, the pain now is the sign of results and progress. I turned forty last year and feel I am in better shape now than as a college athlete at twenty.
Make no mistake, T&J is not for the faint of heart. The trainers will push you beyond what your preconceived limitations are. The level of motivation they provide to their clients is a testament to the belief that through fitness people can achieve and sustain positive changes in their lives.
