This non-contact boxing or kickboxing class will have you crushing calories as you go one on one with your own personal heavy bag. Our certified knowledgeable instructors will run you through this high intensity workout while giving proper technique during realistic boxing scenarios. Each interval round will consist of short burst of high intensity body weight workout or complete rest/ recovery.
