  •  Accountability: Our Small group Boot Camps have provided stunning results for our members. We believe these results come from a few different factors - accountability, positive team atmosphere and hard work!
  •  Small Group Training: Each camp will meet 2-3 times weekly (depending on time slot chosen) in a small group for a circuit style strength and cardio blend workout. 
  •  Nutritional Programming: Each camp member will receive a nutritional program provided by our registered dietitian.

  •  Assessments: Each Personal Training client will receive a full assessment including; functional screening, body composition testing and baseline performance tests. This allows us to properly program our workouts to reduce risk for injury and MAXIMIZE RESULTS!
  •  Nutritional Programs: We provide all of our personal training clients with a consult with our nutrition specialist and a customized meal plan every 12 sessions. We know nutrition and exercise go hand and hand - no reason not to include it with our programs!
  •  Private Training: Get customized programs and one on one instruction from one of T&J's qualified trainers. All T&J trainers are required to hold a nationally recognized certification and are held to a supremely high standard to maintain our reputation of excellence.

T&J No Limit Fitness in Powell, Ohio proudly offers nutrition consultations with an on-site Registered Dietitian. Clients can meet with the dietitian to discuss their nutrition goals and receive personalized recommendations and meal plans which are tailored to their lifestyle and workout regimen. Our dietitian works closely with our personal training staff in a collaborative effort to provide all the resources you need to meet your weight and fitness goals.
